Grass Seed Mixtures:

Supreme:        60% KY Bluegrass
                        40% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass
This is used in high end yards where the homeowner wants a dark green lawn and full sun.  Usually prefer to have better soils and
have the homeowner willing to apply fertilizer on a regular basis.  This is a premium mixture with the most recently developed high end
               varieties.

Deluxe:           33% KY Bluegrass
                        33% Creeping Red Fescue
                        33% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass
This is a great general use mixture where there is sun and/or shade.  The varieties can change from season to season and are chosen for
full sun to shady situations. Typically used on large lawns or where cost is a larger influence. Great general use mix.

Shady:             40% KY Bluegrass
                        20% Chewing Fescue
                        20% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass
                        20% Creeping Red Fescue
This is used in very shady situations.  It has the fine fescues which are more shade tolerant but typically less traffic tolerant than other
grasses. Even though it's a great choice for shade, 4 hours of sunlight per day is required.

Playground:    80% Turf Type Tall Fescue
                        15% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass
                          5% KY Bluegrass
Used in tough soil conditions (i.e. sand in Pekin) and areas that will not be fertilized much.  It’s a very drought tolerant and traffic tolerant
grass. Works well on athletic fields that will not be watered such as soccer fields. DO NOT over seed a KY Blue/Ryegrass lawn/field
with this as the Tall Fescue will look like bunches....only use in a lawn/field that is tall fescue.

Rapid Cover:   100% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass
Used for quick establishment purposes.  Using another grass variety in the mix is preferred, but works better in late fall when there is not
a lot of time to establish the lawn.
